Bringing Food Directly to Communities Across Southeast Missouri

Mobile Food Distributions deliver millions of pounds of nutritious food to families, made possible through community and corporate sponsorship.

Each distribution is a coordinated effort that puts food directly into the hands of families who need it most to help bridge gaps in access and strengthening communities.

What are Mobile Distributions?

Around 30% of the food distributed by Southeast Missouri Food Bank is through large and small-scale distributions held directly in communities with limited access to food. Instead of requiring families to travel great distances, SEMO Food Bank brings food to them, often partnering locally to reach dozens to hundreds of households in a single event.

Why Sponsorship Matters

Sponsorships fund the full operation required, beyond food, including sourcing, transportation, fuel, maintenance, warehouse operations, staffing, and food safety. Mobile Food Distributions are made possible by partners who recognize both need and opportunity to create measurable impact.

Their support ensures food reaches neighbors facing hunger.
